Teledat 100 / Sedlbauer win speed

Has worked for a long time now.

Configuration:

Speed or PC/104 type=15 protocol=2 io=0xXXX irq=X io according to dipswitches, irq according to jumper

Speed PCI type=15 protocol=2 with PCI don't supplu io or irq, this is how the driver knows to look for a PCI card
